Monthly Rental Fees (US Dollars):

April Nov. and Dec. $5100 (25% Discount)
May thru Oct. $4420 (35% Discount)
Plus all sales or service taxes imposed by any taxing authority. Currently the Florida State tax is 6% and Collier County tax is 4%.
There is a $250 Club membership transfer fee if you request (due 60 days prior to occupancy).
